A Gastronomic Experience Designed to Surprise

When Carlos and Daniela contacted us, they had a very clear idea:

They did not want a conventional wedding.

The Cocktail Reception: Variety, Show Cooking and Plenty of Flavor

The welcome cocktail reception was one of the most talked-about moments among the guests.

We designed a gastronomic journey with multiple stations and finger food bites, combining Mediterranean products, modern techniques and elegant presentations.

  • Gourmet mini brioches.
  • Handmade croquettes.

  • Reinterpreted Mediterranean bites.

The idea was for each guest to constantly discover new flavors while enjoying the atmosphere, the music and the celebration.

An Elegant, Dynamic and Perfectly Organized Buffet

For the main dinner, Carlos and Daniela chose a premium buffet format.

And although buffets are often associated with something informal, our mission was to prove that a buffet can also feel sophisticated, organized and exclusive.

We worked with different hot and cold stations, structured in a way that allowed guests to enjoy the experience without queues, delays or interruptions, creating a much more relaxed and social atmosphere.

The key came down to three factors:

Each station had a perfectly calculated flow for more than 200 people.

The kitchen, service and coordination teams worked according to an extremely detailed running order to guarantee timing, replenishment and consistent presentation throughout the entire service.

2. Product and Quality
